At the completion of this workshop, you will understand the connection between what you think, how you feel, and how you behave, and the competencies of emotional intelligence. You will discover your current emotional fitness level, explore how your emotions and “hot buttons” affect your job performance, and apply tips for maintaining positive energy and controlling emotions in difficult situations. This workshop helps you to see things from multiple points of view, how actions impact others, and what you can do to effectively collaborate.

MANAGING PERSONAL ENERGY

The science of stamina has advanced to the point where individuals, teams, and whole organizations can, with some straightforward interventions, significantly increase their capacity to get things done.

Time is a finite resource, but energy is different. Your energy comes from 4 areas: body, emotion, mind, and spirit. In this workshop, you will see practical examples of how people generate more energy in these areas. You are in control! You can figure out what has impact on your energy level and choose how to adjust it.
